Deoxynivalenol

Deoxynivalenol (DON) is a low molecular weight metabolite of the trichothecene mycotoxins produced by Fusarium spp. These fungi can infect barley, wheat and corn (maize). Deoxynivalenol is highly toxic to both animals and humans. We offer Helica® Deoxynivalenol (DON) ELISA kits for quantitatively detecting deoxynivalenol in cereal grains and other commodities, including animal feeds.
