Water ATP Test | Free
AquaSnap™ Free measures non-microbial ATP (aka dead cells) in a solution. Use AquaSnap™ Free in combination with AquaSnap™ Total to identify the microbial ATP in a water sample. First, test a sample of water using AquaSnap™ Total and record number (total load). Then, use AquaSnap™ Free on the same sample and record this number (free ATP). The difference between AquaSnap™ Total and AquaSnap™ Free provides an indication of the microbial ATP contamination in the sample.

Precise Sample Collection
The AquaSnap™ Total honey dipper collection tip collects an exact 100 µl sample every time to ensure consistent results. Alternative water ATP test devices use a swab tip for sample collection. Swabs designed for surface sampling cause large sample variation when used for water sampling. The honey dipper collection tip collects a precise 100 µl each time, ensuring a consistent sample size from test to test.
Patented Snap-Valve™ Activation
The patented Snap-Valve™ technology enables accurate results with less variation. It allows the use of a precise honey dipper for precise sample collection and eliminates friction during the activation step. With competitor solutions, the sample collection surface must break through a foil seal, removing a portion of the collected sample.
Liquid-stable Chemistry
AquaSnap™ uses liquid-stable chemistry designed to eliminate the need to reconstitute lyophilized pellets, leading to more consistent results. The chemistry in AquaSnap™ is a high-power, ultra-sensitive formulation to deliver precise results for low levels of ATP. Rapid CIP Cleaning Verification
AquaSnap™ Total quickly checks the efficiency of pre-cleaning and cleaning efforts before high-level disinfection and sterilization. Simply flush the scope or specific channels with sterile water, sample the water with AquaSnap, activate the test, and read the results in your Hygiena™ luminometer. If ATP is present in the sample, cleaning efforts are not properly removing residue and the scope is still dirty.
