InSite® Listeria screens cold, wet processing environments on-site without the need for a laboratory. AlerTox® ELISA quantifies histamine to help assess scombrotoxin risk in tuna and mackerel. foodproof® Animal ID PCR confirms declared species in fish, shrimp and crab. MicroSnap® measures Total Viable Count, Enterobacteriaceae, coliforms and E. coli as indicators of process control.
