BAX® Q7: How to Import Calibration

This video demonstrates how to import calibration for BAX^® Q7 instruments. When receiving a new BAX^® Q7 or after a repair, the calibration must be updated on your computer.

1. Locate Calibration File:
   • The calibration file is on a flash drive stored in the back pocket of the BAX^® Q7.
2. Import the Calibration:
   • Insert the flash drive into your computer.
   • Open the BAX^® Q7 software.
   • Navigate to the Operation tab → Back Maintenance → Import Calibration.
   • In the pop-up window, browse for the calibration file on the flash drive.
3. Selecting the Correct File:
   • The file will have the instrument’s serial number and the last calibration date.
   • Select the correct file and click Open.
   • Verify the file name and click Import.
4. Final Confirmation:
   • A warning will appear stating that the calibration will be overridden.
   • Click Yes to proceed.
