BAX® Q7: How to Reanalyze Wells

The video demonstrates how to reanalyze a .bax file after a PCR analysis error.

1. Open the .bax file.
2. Click on the Diagnostics tab (top left).
3. Select Reanalyze Wells.
4. Save a copy of the .bax file (a pop-up will prompt you to do this).
5. Click Yes, and the file will be saved with “reanalyzed” added to the name.
6. Click Save to start the reanalysis.
7. Once complete, the reanalyzed file will display results, and clicking on a well will show corresponding graphs.
