This real-time beer PCR assay screens over 30 spoilage species including Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, Pectinatus, and Megasphaera, plus hop-tolerance genes horA and horC that indicate spoilage risk. Ready-to-use lyophilized reagents reduce hands-on time to under 40 minutes while achieving exceptional sensitivity at 1-10 CFU/mL after enrichment. Integrated internal controls and UNG contamination prevention ensure reliable results. Compatible with LightCycler 480, ABI 7500, AriaMx, Bio-Rad CFX96, and other major real-time PCR platforms.
