The foodproof® Campylobacter Quantification Kit is a real-time PCR system for detecting and quantifying thermotolerant Campylobacter in food and environmental samples. Designed for poultry, meat, and prepared food testing, this multiplex assay simultaneously identifies C. jejuni and C. coli while detecting C. lari and C. upsaliensis. The kit delivers quantitative results down to 10³ CFU/mL in rinse samples and detects as few as 1-10 CFU per 25g with enrichment. With built-in internal controls and UNG contamination prevention, food safety professionals get reliable results in 2-24 hours with less than 40 minutes hands-on time.
