MicroSnap® Enhanced Nutrient Broth - Ready-to-Use Indicator Organism Enrichment Media

MicroSnap® Enhanced Nutrient Broth is a ready-to-use enriched broth designed for food safety professionals conducting dairy testing and indicator organism enrichment. This 9 mL e. coli nutrient broth enables low-level enumeration of E. coli, coliforms, and total viable counts in challenging matrices including milk, chocolate, and tea. AOAC-RI certified (PTM #071302) for coliform enrichment broth applications in milk, achieving detection sensitivity down to 1 CFU/mL. The formulation reduces matrix interference from natural nucleotides and particulates, delivering same-shift results in 6-7 hours.
