The BAX® System Real-time Campylobacter delivers fast, reliable PCR detection of C. jejuni, C. coli, and C. lari in poultry and meat matrices. Designed for poultry processors and food safety laboratories, this AOAC-certified assay provides both qualitative screening and quantitative results using CampyQuant protocols. With PCR processing in approximately 70 minutes, it significantly reduces turnaround time compared to traditional culture methods. Validated for poultry carcass rinses and ready-to-eat turkey products, the assay runs on the BAX® System Q7 instrument with pre-dispensed PCR tablets for streamlined workflow and reliable, reproducible results.
