The BAX® System Real-time E. coli O157:H7 Exact provides AOAC-validated E. coli O157:H7 testing for food safety laboratories. Purpose-built for PCR E. coli beef testing and Escherichia coli tests for cannabis, this assay delivers unambiguous results with high specificity in approximately 55 minutes. Validated matrices include raw ground beef, beef trim, leafy greens, raw fluid milk, and dried cannabis flower. The kit meets both AOAC-RI Performance Tested Method and Health Canada MFLP certification requirements. Tableted reagents and integrated internal controls ensure reliable detection at concentrations as low as 10^4 CFU/mL while streamlining laboratory workflow.
