FREE WEBINAR – HELD IN FRENCH

Environmental pathogens and allergen cross-contamination are two major food safety risks that require targeted, reliable, and rapidly actionable monitoring.

Discover how an effective hygiene monitoring plan, combined with robust allergen risk management and connected digital tools, can help you detect deviations earlier, simplify verification, and strengthen your food safety programs — without adding complexity to your operations.

This webinar will also address a critical, often-overlooked topic: your responsibility for verifying that the test methods you use are fit for purpose.
