The Hygiena Cube Reader is a portable lateral flow reader that delivers objective, quantitative gluten testing results for allergen verification programs. Designed as a GlutenTox reader for use with GlutenTox Sticks Plus for Cube assays, this compact 40g device functions as a precision gluten scanner that eliminates subjective visual interpretation. Using reflectance photometry to measure test line intensity, it provides qualitative, semi-quantitative, or quantitative data down to 3 ppm in just 3 seconds. Wireless RFID technology automatically uploads lot-specific calibration parameters. Internal memory stores 100 results with measurement ID, test name, lot number, and date/time.
